Specialized proposals with special laboratory furniture to satisfy all the specific requirements according to the lab.
Balance tables or tables for microscopes, with absolute stability and without transmission of vibrations from the floor to the point of the measurement. Laboratory benches on castors for the maximum flexibility of the working space without changing the weight mechanical resistance of the bench. Sinks and washing points with specifications according to the needs of the laboratory space. Local extraction arms, to protect the local laboratory processes. Emergency washing points for the safety of laboratory staff.
The requirements are countless, as well the possible combinations of our suggested solutions.
MOBILE WORKBENCHES
- Certified metallic frame for maximum strength 350kg/m²
- Four safety atraumatic castors for laboratories
- Weight resistance 150kg / castor
- Maximum stability
- Unit αs α stand-alone point in the laboratory
BALANCE TABLE
- Independent surface 400x400mm table for laboratory balances of four (4) and five (5) digits
- Anti-vibration support system
- Surface support system with anti-vibration function
- Tilting leveling support for frames with a ±15° margin
SINK STATIONS
Access to water supply within a laboratory, solves diverse needs and requirements depending on the type of laboratory. Sink placement, layout, size, and number, all are factors determined by usage, needs, equipment, workflow and maintaining a fluid motion in the laboratory.
Materials differ in relevance to needs and worktop surface. Water taps proposed, are manufactured solely for laboratory use. Solutions of PLV technology, a patented design which provides microbe free water at the edge of the tap. Additional components for adapting sinks and providing optimal and safe operating value to them, is a viable option.
LOCAL EXTRACTION ARMS
Local extraction arms are the optimum suggestion to meet the needs involved of the local processes in the laboratory. Based on the modern technology and designed for the point extraction of chemicals, they help the researcher to be and feel completely safe in his daily working life.
The selection of the appropriate local extraction arm is achieved with the synergy of the research staff, in order to give the needs, the specifications and the processes that will take place in the laboratory space.
In any case, a local exhaust arm offers a potentially increased energy and cost savings, as its exhaust capacity is 80% lower than the need of a fume hood.
It offers low noise, below 59dB, which ensures the smooth operation of the space.
LABORATORY CHAIRS
The necessary equipment of a modern laboratory also includes the seats. Anatomical stools, chairs and laboratory chairs, specially designed and constructed for spaces of high demands and durability.
Ergonomic and anatomical design so that the back of the seat follows the user’s movements and provides optimal support for the body in any position. Comfortable seat, with a variety of options regarding the material of the place, suitable for any type of chemical laboratory.
Atraumatic laboratory castors system with stop + go technology design, that functions when applied with a minimum of ten (10kg) kilos on the chair. Fireproof and highly resistant to chemicals, blood, urine and cleaning fluids. Antimicrobials, which are easily sterilized and cleaned, suitable even for use in clean areas.
EMERGENCY WASH STATIONS
Complying with safety rules is essential for our company and it’s the first priority for the laboratory space. We contribute in total to the safety of the laboratory, as well to the special safety of the researchers. In this way we offer the sense of security to the researchers, so that they can continue seamlessly their work.
We strictly follow the rules of Directive ANSI Z358-2004 and place the emergency washing points, where there can be easy access in case of emergency. The installation points are selected based on the following criteria:
- There should be no point in the laboratory that is more than 10 ”away from them (ANSI Z358.1-2004).
- There should be no point of the laboratory that is more than 20 meters away from them (ANSI Z358.3-2004).
- When an intermediate door is inserted, it should have no lock and its direction should open to the point of the emergency shower.
